They were using a ColdFusion website and a SQL2000 back-end to manage data which required manual entry of all financial information and corporate communications. Outback can now process a full report in under 1 minute, versus the previous reporting time of 1 hour. In terms of maintenance, the systems take less than 4 hours per month to maintain, which they consider a considerable reduction.
