Vic has held various executive-level positions in the travel industry with some of the world’s most prominent companies, including American Express, TRX and Amadeus. In 2010, Vic was named one of Business Travel News’ “Top 25 Most Influential Executives” in the travel industry. He is a graduate of Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology in Toronto, Ontario and is a Certified General Accountant.

Justin Reilly

Justin Reilly is an entrepreneur, innovator, strategist and thought leader, passionate about the intersection of Product, Technology, and Design. At Verizon Fios, he was responsible for digital product strategy and innovation, 5-year customer-centric growth, and CX practice maturity for the Fios business.

He has a proven track record of building for the next generation of consumers and is squarely focused on a world of AI First Distributed Experiences.

A frequent speaker on Customer Centricity, Product Innovation and Digital Strategy, Justin’s eclectic background has afforded him the privilege to work with Fortune 500 brands across the world in a number of capacities.

Prior to Verizon, he was a Director of Strategy and Experience at Macquarium, lead the Strategy and Innovation team at Arke Systems and was a partner at Grey Seven Labs, a digital products group focused on cross-platform insights and intelligence for the enterprise. He co-founded Qstir.com, a comprehensive social marketplace and has a significant background in international lead generation, customer experience, performance marketing, and digital products.

Outside of the office, Justin is an award-winning Spoken Word artist, a graduate from Wharton Business School and Penn Basketball alum. He possesses an unhealthy obsession with big data and a general disdain for low hanging doorways and small spaces.

Margaret Wise
Margaret WiseChief Revenue Officer (Moderator)
Arke

Margaret Wise is the Chief Revenue Officer at Arke, where she manages the company’s key relationships, marketing and events to facilitate its continued growth.

She’s also a Sitecore Strategy MVP. She manages all of Arke’s strategic partnerships with consultants, agency partners, analysts and vendors, as well as all of the company’s strategic marketing, including collaborative events and marketing with partners.

Margaret joined Arke as senior director of strategic alliances in 2014 from Edgewater Fullscope (formerly Zero2Ten), a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner.

She is a member of the Technology Association of Georgia, the leadership council of Junior Achievement of Georgia, and the Dynamics CRM User Group (CRMUG) — roles in which she enjoys sharing her knowledge and leadership. She’s also a noted conference speaker on topics including customer experience and women in tech.

Margaret holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from Brenau University. An avid reader and runner, her passion is spending time with her husband and their two children.

Rachel Berhle
Rachel BerhleDirector of Digital Marketing
Emerson Human Capital Consulting

Rachel Behrle is currently the Director of Digital Marketing for Emerson Human Capital Consulting. In this role, Rachel leads the company’s digital marketing strategy, which focuses on building pipeline through various marketing functions. Prior to joining Emerson Human Capital Consulting, Rachel was Managing Director of Marketing for TwentyEighty Strategy Execution, where she was responsible for setting the company’s global marketing strategy and executing against it to meet company goals.

Rachel has over 15 years of experience in business to business marketing. During her career, Rachel has led multiple rebrand efforts, multiple website redesigns, the launch of global demand generation programs, the launch of digital marketing and account based marketing initiatives, and the marketing of multiple new products and services as they were released to the market.

Rachel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the State University of New York at Albany. She has earned multiple credentials including the PMP® credential from The Project Management Institute, the Stanford Certified Project Management (SCPM) credential from Stanford University’s Center for Professional Development, the Strategic Execution Professional (SEP) designation from Duke Corporate Education and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.

Rachel resides outside of Annapolis, MD with her husband, Mark. She is a passionate, 162-game watching Mets fan, and loves spending time with her step-kids and grandson. In addition to her baseball obsession, Rachel is an avid reader (sometimes multiple books per week), is in love with all things Harry Potter and loves a great glass of wine with a yummy meal!
