CXS2020?

Arke CX Summit is an intimate one-day event designed to educate and inspire customer experience professionals. The day begins with targeted facilitated workshops complete with practical exercises that walk your team through many of the strategies of elevated CX. It continues with an afternoon of presentations from inspiring speakers and ends with a networking happy hour.

Jodi Daniels is a Certified Informational Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) with more than 20 years of experience helping a range of businesses from solopreneurs to multinational companies in privacy, marketing, strategy, and finance roles. During her corporate career, she proved a valuable asset to companies like Deloitte, The Home Depot, Cox Enterprises, Bank of America where she most recently served as the privacy partner for Digital Banking and Digital Marketing. Ms. Daniels started her privacy career by creating the comprehensive privacy program at Cox Automotive. She launched an online advertising network for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book.

Since launching in 2017, Red Clover Advisors has helped hundreds of companies create privacy programs, achieve GDPR, CCPA, and US privacy law compliance, and establish a secure online data strategy their customers can count on. Jodi makes privacy easy to understand by breaking it down into measurable steps using plain language her clients can relate to. Patrick Kelly is the Chief Digital Officer at First Horizon Bank. He is the business leader for all of First Horizon’s Digital Properties including Mobile, Tablet, Web, IVR channels. In addition to production Digital Properties Pat oversees strategy and commercialization for emerging technologies including: Virtual Assistants, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Virtual/Augmented Reality, Wearables/IOT, Conversational Interfaces, Blockchain and Emerging Payments.

He currently just completed the launch of a Cloud Based Retail & Small Business Online and Mobile banking platform. In addition to the new platform launches he has significant work in-flight executing on two Banking mergers, Iberia Bank of Louisiana and a purchase of some Suntrust Branches due to the Truist merger.

Pat is regularly called upon to speak to industry professionals on the commercialization of emerging technologies in not only Financial Services but other industries as well.

Pat joined First Horizon in June of 2019 and brought with him an extensive track record in developing, managing and commercializing innovative solutions.

Prior to joining First Horizon, Pat worked in R&D, Software Development, Medical device design, consumer durable goods and Financial Services. He served 10 years in the US Navy as a Nuclear Power Operator. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute.

Kevin Carfa is the Corporate Director of Digital Commerce at Omni Hotels & Resorts, where he is responsible for driving growth and innovation within their digital portfolio.

Prior to joining the hospitality industry, he led mobile strategy, digital experience and performance marketing for a handful of top retailers.

Kevin joined Omni nearly a year ago and was immediately tasked with leading their digital transformation – including the award-winning relaunch of their website (omnihotels.com), a full cloud architecture overhaul and assisting with the foundational elements of a centralized data warehouse.

Before joining Omni, Kevin led the mobile strategy (online and in-store) for JCPenney, which Gartner L2 rated as the #1 “Genius” Mobile App for Department Stores in 2018. He also oversaw a group that integrated machine learning and personalization into the digital shopping journey. Previous to this he was with Pier 1 Imports, where he was a member of the in-house team that relaunched eCommerce for the brand, and with iProspect, where he ran various performance marketing channels for a number of Top 500 retailers (Gap, Nike, Apple, etc.)

Kevin earned his BBA in Business Information Systems & Supply and Value Chain Management from Texas Christian University. He resides in Dallas, TX and enjoys spending his free time outside with his wife and their dog, a Corgi named Cork.

Rachel Behrle leads the Demand Center for Secureworks. In this role, she is responsible for demand generation, digital experience, revenue operations, reporting and analytics, the marketing tech stack and the company’s web site.

Prior to joining Secureworks, Rachel led global marketing for Strategy Execution, where she was responsible for setting the company’s global marketing strategy and executing against it to meet company goals.

Rachel has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the State University of New York at Albany. She has earned multiple credentials including the PMP® credential from The Project Management Institute, the Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM) credential from Stanford University’s Center for Professional Development, the Strategic Execution Professional designation from Duke Corporate Education and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.

Margaret Wise

Margaret Wise is the Chief Revenue Officer at Arke, where she manages the company’s key relationships, marketing and events to facilitate its continued growth.

She’s also a Sitecore Strategy MVP. She manages all of Arke’s strategic partnerships with consultants, agency partners, analysts and vendors, as well as all of the company’s strategic marketing, including collaborative events and marketing with partners.

Margaret joined Arke as senior director of strategic alliances in 2014 from Edgewater Fullscope (formerly Zero2Ten), a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner.

She is a member of the Technology Association of Georgia, the leadership council of Junior Achievement of Georgia, and the Dynamics CRM User Group (CRMUG) — roles in which she enjoys sharing her knowledge and leadership. She’s also a noted conference speaker on topics including customer experience and women in tech.

Margaret holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from Brenau University. An avid reader and runner, her passion is spending time with her husband and their two children.
