Ask the Expert Discussion Series

Where else will you be able to discuss your most pressing AI questions and hear varying perspectives from a small peer group of IT, Marketing and CX professionals.

Each discussion session will be limited in size to keep the group conversational and informal. We ask that you submit at least one question with your registration. Others can be submitted during the session and will be discussed time permitting.

‘Ask the Expert’ – Customer Journeys (This has been rescheduled)

The Customer Journey has changed. Marketing has changed. Operations will certainly need to change. And of course, your Customer Retention will be more important than ever before. During our ‘Ask The Expert’ Discussion Series we’ll discuss some of your most pressing issues about your customer journeys. You’ll be able to hear perspectives from other IT, Marketing and CX professionals and gain ideas and insight on what your 2020-2021 will look like.

‘Ask the Expert’ – AI

How is AI shaping our own experiences and those of our customers? Is this the right time for your company to increase AI investment? Where could AI create a meaningful impact for your business? In this workshop, we’ll talk about various applications of AI and help you self-assess your organization readiness to adopt AI solutions. Hear how other organizations are thinking about AI, ways to ‘start small’ and why AI will be so important in the next 3-5 years.

Margaret Wise
Margaret WiseChief Revenue Officer (Moderator)

Margaret Wise is the Chief Revenue Officer at Arke, where she manages the company’s key relationships, marketing and events to facilitate its continued growth.

She’s also a Sitecore Strategy MVP. She manages all of Arke’s strategic partnerships with consultants, agency partners, analysts and vendors, as well as all of the company’s strategic marketing, including collaborative events and marketing with partners.

Margaret joined Arke as senior director of strategic alliances in 2014 from Edgewater Fullscope (formerly Zero2Ten), a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner.

She is a member of the Technology Association of Georgia, the leadership council of Junior Achievement of Georgia, and the Dynamics CRM User Group (CRMUG) — roles in which she enjoys sharing her knowledge and leadership. She’s also a noted conference speaker on topics including customer experience and women in tech.

Margaret holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from Brenau University. An avid reader and runner, her passion is spending time with her husband and their two children.
