Arke CX Summit is a one-day forum designed to educate and inspire customer experience professionals. The day begins with targeted facilitated workshops complete with practical exercises. It continues with an afternoon of presentations from informative speakers and ends with a networking happy hour.

An experienced manager, he has worked in a variety of digital marketing and information technology roles within the homebuilding industry. He is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s of science in information technology and an MBA in technology management.
Jamie is a member of the Lambda Sigma Chapter of the Delta Mu Delta Honor Society and the Fort Worth (Texas) Chapter of the Project Management Institute.
As the marketing director for the industrial and automotive segment for UPS, Kelly leads a team that facilitates growth across the US through industry segmentation strategies. She is responsible for understanding the unique needs of customers and aligning configurable solutions that enable customers to grow their business. Kelly has spent the last 19 years with UPS working in marketing in both the US as well as in Asia.
Kelly has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and a MBA from Georgia State University. Kelly is on the advisory board for Technology Association of Georgia International Business chapter and also enjoys volunteering for Caring for Cambodia.
Michael is the senior manager of digital experience at Chick-fil-A in Atlanta. Michael is responsible for leading the creation of Chick-fil-A One, a mobile experience designed to create a more convenient and personalized experience for customers. Before Chick-fil-A, Michael worked as a creative strategist at Facebook in Menlo Park, California, partnering with Fortune 100 brands to leverage social technology to engage consumers. Before that, Michael spent the summer with Google in San Francisco, working in online sales.
Michael earned his MBA from Harvard Business School in May 2011. While there, he served as leadership and values chair and co-founded The HBS Apprentice, an annual program teaching entrepreneurship principles to Cambridge youth. Michael grew up in Roswell, Georgia. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned degrees in marketing and finance. He serves on the Board of the Lighthouse Family Retreat, an organization devoted to serving families living through childhood cancer. Michael lives in Atlanta with his wife, Monica, and their two daughters, Hannah and Ellie. They are members of City Church Eastside.
Mo Bunnell is the founder and president of Bunnell Idea Group (BIG). Mo is a leading business development strategist who developed the GrowBIG business development system. The GrowBIG methodology helps companies implement and maintain a consistent business development system that accelerates client acquisition and strengthens client retention. It integrates scalable, high-performance business development rituals into a professional’s daily work life to create perpetual demand and sustainable revenue growth for their products and services.
Mo is an authority on business development strategy, integration and effectiveness. He honed his knowledge of business development strategy during his 13-year tenure with Hewitt Associates. As a licensed actuary, Mo started as a health care consultant with Hewitt. He quickly learned his passion was in building relationships and helping clients solve their problems. After a few years on the consulting side, he shifted his focus towards business development. He was soon named the global account executive for two of the four largest Hewitt clients. He and his teams generated new business in the hundreds of millions of dollars in contract value through selling large, complex outsourcing projects and highly customized consulting arrangements.
Ryan Kramer is responsible for Secureworks’ visual brand identity, public-facing websites, SEO, and marketing technology. He joined Secureworks in 2015, leading the overhaul and global expansion of websites as part of the company’s IPO launch. In 2016, Ryan was part of the internal team awarded the TAG Marketing Innovator of the Year for major advances in demand, web, and content marketing implementation and strategy.
Before Secureworks, he was the senior manager of global digital marketing at Verifone Systems. He was responsible for the company’s 30 international websites, email marketing, brand creative, and SEO.
An avid mountain biker, you’ll often find him volunteering to build trails and hosting programs for kids in North Atlanta. Ryan earned an MBA from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
Sabrina Sexton is a digital marketer with more than 20 years of experience leading teams in agency and client-side environments. She currently leads global digital marketing and customer experience for a $1.5 billion division of Stanley Black & Decker, a Fortune 500 company. Before joining Stanley Black & Decker, she spent the first half of her career in the agency and consulting world before moving client-side to lead teams at SunTrust, NCR, and the American Cancer Society.
Sabrina co-founded the Atlanta chapter of Stanley Black & Decker’s Women’s Network and was selected to participate in the inaugural class of the Atlanta Women’s Foundation’s inaugural Inspire Atlanta leadership development initiative. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Georgia and lives in Atlanta with her husband and son. Her other passions are photography and traveling.
Herschend Family Entertainment owns and operates theme parks and attractions around the United States. In his role, Bryan oversees all development, support and enhancements for their web and eCommerce platforms. He is also responsible for vendor relationships supporting analytics, social media and mobile. He has over 25 years of experience in the attractions industry with a focus on digital since 2007.
Michelle Montgomery is a dynamic marketer with a proven track record of deploying brand-building marketing initiatives based on strategic insight, creative excellence, and effective in-market activation that has helped drive year-after-year record sales for Serta Simmons Bedding.
Michelle serves as Beautyrest Vice President, Marketing Communications, where she is responsible for developing and executing Beautyrest national marketing strategy and communications efforts to consumers, employees and B2B audiences. Michelle leads a team of talented marketers and directly oversees all external marketing, advertising, public relations and digital agencies.
Prior to Beautyrest, Michelle acquired more than 19 years of agency experience managing top-tier B2B and Consumer accounts like AT&T, Beazer Homes, Eaton Corporation, Mizuno, Russell Athletics, Hitachi Power Tools, and DIY Network.
Michelle currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the International Sleep Products Association and is a past Member on the Better Sleep Council. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Our House, Inc., a non-profit organization focused on families experiencing homelessness. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications & Government from The American University. Michelle lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband Andy and their two daughters
Margaret Wise is VP of Strategy at Arke, where she manages the company’s key relationships and events to facilitate its continued growth. She’s also a Sitecore Strategy MVP. She manages all of Arke’s strategic partnerships with consultants, agency partners, analysts and vendors, as well as all of the company’s strategic marketing, including collaborative events and marketing with partners.
Margaret joined Arke as senior director of strategic alliances in 2014 from Edgewater Fullscope (formerly Zero2Ten), a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner.
She is a member of the Technology Association of Georgia, the leadership council of Junior Achievement of Georgia, and the Dynamics CRM User Group (CRMUG) — roles in which she enjoys sharing her knowledge and leadership. She’s also a noted conference speaker on topics including customer experience and women in tech.
Margaret holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from Brenau University. An avid reader and runner, her passion is spending time with her husband and their two children.
