Omni Hotel & Resorts, a leading luxury hotel and resort brand across North America needed help to compete bed-to-bed with the major online travel agencies (OTAs). They partnered with Arke to enhance customer experience and optimize page performance to drive higher conversion rates and revenue.

Story

After an extensive audit of Omni’s marketing processes, technology and data we made recommendations to Omni to use an agile Test, Learn and Iterate workflow to optimize those areas of the site that offer the biggest revenue impacts.

Arke’s Strategy team worked to develop a multi-phased enhancement road map to meet Omni’s business KPIs today and into the future. Our Dev teams have continued to systematically correct known performance and infrastructure issues as they implement ongoing UX optimizations.
