A nationwide provider of off-site airport parking and traveler services wanted a website and the mobile experiences customized for each of its 81 offices. They started the initiative with another vendor but then turned to Arke, whose experience was able to help them reach their goals.
The Arke team enhanced and then brought their designs to life. A new, thoroughly-integrated technology stack featuring Sitecore as well as a new CRM system replaced the company’s previous homegrown solution.
The resulting new website and mobile app empower travelers to view and reserve parking on the go. They can also schedule additional services such as pet spa visits and car wash services.
After a soft launch in the Atlanta Market, the new PNF.com and mobile app were rolled out in other markets. The new tools significantly raised repeat bookings and raised the visibility of ancillary services.
New customers are able to book both parking spots and added services easily. Park ’N Fly’s loyalty program also enjoys greater awareness, more members, and more consistent engagement.
