As a result, product managers, dealers, engineers, customer service and sales representatives had trouble searching and locating available parts.
Arke took a deep dive into user experience, reviewing all available research to uncover user needs. We identified five key personas and the pain points of their customer journeys. Then we leveraged that learning to create a cleaner information architecture.
