Who We Are
Arke is a full-service experience design and technology consultancy that believes in providing more – much more. We change the way brands approach digital transformation and create defining moments to better connect brands with their customers. Arke’s core values are the soul of who we are and shape everything we do. We are authentically unique, operate with high standards, and love what we do.
Why Arke?
In addition to a rich benefits package and 401(k) plan with company matching, Arke offers flexible and unlimited PTO, as well as hybrid and remote working options. Not to mention, events to come together for both fun and volunteerism, learning opportunities, and a collaborative team environment. Beyond benefits, our greatest strength is our people, who make Arke a great place to work and grow.
What is a BA at Arke?
The BA role and expectations tend to vary from company to company. At Arke BA’s often find themselves in a leadership role on their projects – they own the act of requirements gathering, documentation and the transformation of those requirements into user stories and tasks – thus knowing every aspect of a project in more detail than most other members of the team. Because of this, they must seamlessly be able to work with clients/product owners, solutions architects, developers, designers, and quality assurance personnel. An Arke BA must be highly organized, self-guided and have a sense of pride and ownership in the work they produce.
